Received the wrong product?

What is not covered for replacement?
- Packages that were delivered but stolen for being left outside too long will not be refunded or replaced.
- Packages that are not received due to the customer entering the wrong shipping address will not be replaced or refunded.
- If a customer does not have any proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) you are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
